Say Forever by Rico Blanco

I first listened to this song almost a year ago, on the way to Rico Blanco's Your Universe launching in Gateway Mall in Cubao. I've feared listening to album (in most cases, i hate listening to an album for the first time, specially if i haven't heard any singles from it yet).

I remember sitting in the FX and popping out my mp3 player to preview what would be Rico Blanco's debut album as a solo arist offering for me. Lo and behold, what i heard was not a usual rock song.

It's highly evident that the song was heavily influenced by the 80's. The artist's incorporation of synths for the album was something i was expecting and hoping. Also features some sweet basslines (which i tried to learn last saturday) and vocal harmonies (especially the ones that take place in the chorus).
