Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea by George Harrison

George Harrison was never my favorite Beatle. As a kid that was brought up with a fascination with the Beatles ( my dad avidly listened to them), it was always about John and Paul, never about George and Ringo ( Ringo even had more clout as he is a drummer and kids love to see guys bang on drums). When I was trying to learn the guitar, i learned many things about this man. He wrote Something, which is said to be one of the best loved songs out there.

In this song, George plays a ukulele which, I read on a guitar magazine , he is a master of. Brainwashed also is his last album, im not sure though if this was released posthumously.
I don't want you
But I hate to lose you
You got me in between the devil and the deep blue sea

I forgive you
Cos I can't forget you
You've got me in between the devil and the deep blue sea

I want to cross you off my list
But when you come knocking at my door
Fate seems to give my heart a twist
And I come running back for more

I should hate you
But I guess I love you
You've got me in between the devil and the deep blue sea

I want to cross you off my list
But when you come knocking at my door
Fate seems to give my heart a twist
And I come running back for more

I should hate you
But I guess I love you
You've got me in between the devil and the deep blue sea

You've got me in between
The devil and the deep (The devil and the deep)
The devil and the deep blue sea
